I’m mad about cooking and baking. In my free time I love challenging myself by trying to make things I haven’t even tasted before. Sometimes it works out brilliantly, sometimes it really doesn’t. With my French background, I have a serious soft spot for patisserie: cakes, pastries, the works. My annual trip to Paris always involves hunting down new addresses to try. A proper croissant can make my entire day!
