Tibo aims for long-lasting quality and values the expertise of their staff regardless of background or position in the company

In the world of programming there is a concept that is called “rubber duck programming”. If you get stuck in a piece of code, you typically ask a colleague to have a look with you. While you are explaining your code to your colleague, the programmer often discovers the fault him/herself without any assistance of the second person. So instead of wasting time of your colleague you could have also told your story to a rubber duck :p So, you can never have too few ducks in an IT office. Besides, who does not love duckies 😉
