In my free time, I love spending hours playing board games with friends and family. Cooperative games are my favorite because they’re all about working together toward a shared goal — planning, strategizing, and celebrating success as a team. In general, I enjoy brain-teasing games the most; the more challenging, the better.

When I first walked into Tibo Energy, I immediately felt at home. Right in the middle of the office stood a copy of Gloomhaven — a game that’s both complex and all about teamwork. I thought, “These are my kind of people — they love puzzling things out just like I do.” That impression turned out to be spot on. The work at Tibo is just as stimulating and rewarding as a good board game: it’s about collaboration, creative problem-solving, and achieving something great together.
