I brought my tools because they cover both sides of who I am. At home, I’m always working on the house: turning it into a modern, future-proof home while keeping its original character. I’m passionate about architecture and interior design, so there’s always a project on the go. But tools are also a pretty good metaphor for what I do at work. I build partnerships, fix things when they need fixing, and try to make sure everything fits together properly. Whether it’s a wall or a business relationship, I like getting my hands on it.

What I love about my role is that I get to work with a really diverse group of partners and build relationships that actually lead to something. I'm not just managing accounts from behind a desk: I drive sales cycles, help partners grow, and work closely with our dev teams to shape features that deliver real value. The great thing about Tibo is that I get just as excited about smart energy solutions for our customers as I do about beautiful architecture.
